Who can be included in the Directory?
We want everyone included; members and attenders alike!

No cost for you to be photographed

Free 8 x 10 photo for each family who is photographed for the Directory.

Only those families photographed for inclusion in the Directory will receive a free Directory.
When can I make an appointment?
Appointments can be made beginning May 19 and following through the end of the July photo session.

What do I need to know before making an appointment?

If there are six or more in your family group, schedule two appointments back to back. This will allow enough time for the larger group.

If you have a multi-generational family, that is, two or more individual families plus a generational pose, contact Christy Yount at (573) 986-8778 or Bonnie Majors at (573) 382-6010 for assistance.

Plans change, we get that. If you need to change your appointment, you will not be able to cancel the appointment yourself. Call Christy or Bonnie, numbers above, for assistance with cancelling your appointment and scheduling a new one.
How do I make an appointment?

Choose a date and time for your appointment.

Complete the following information:

You will be shown a “Confirmation Screen”

Click “Logout” in the upper right corner.

Your appointment is complete!

Some notes:
*You must be 21 years of age to photograph, or photography must be with a parent or legal guardian
*Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
*When you arrive a hostess will direct you.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail to remind you of your appointment and a reminder phone call as well.
What not to wear?
Photos will be taken in front of a green screen. This means you should avoid green because green clothing will fade into the screen and everything green will disappear when the background is added to the photo.
Avoid green stripes, green patterns, or solid green clothing.
Avoid hair styles with large or small uplifting curls which may let the green screen background show through the hair in the photo. The green will show in the finished photo after the background has been added.
What should I wear?
The background that will be used for the Directory photo will be gray.
Wear whatever you think would look good, except avoid green.
Other backgrounds available for purchases.
Where will the photos be taken?
Photos will be taken at the church in Room 232. This room is on the second floor near the youth room.
Use the front entrance of the church into the foyer. Use the elevator or the stairs to the second floor, go left, follow the signs.
